Referrals and coordination with licensed migration agents for students and skilled visa applicants
We do not provide migration advice, visa guidance, or legal employment guarantees. We do not act on behalf of clients in legal or formal processes. All services are designed for informational, preparation, and support purposes only.
2. Use of Our Digital Products and Materials
SkillReady Solutions provides digital materials including (but not limited to) e-books, guides, resume templates, infographics, and training resources.
These materials are:

Licensed for personal use only by the enrolled participant or client

Delivered via view-only platforms (e.g., restricted Google Drive links) with fixed access durations

Non-downloadable, non-reproducible, and non-shareable
Under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and applicable intellectual property laws:

Users may not replicate, sell, reshare, or modify any SkillReady material

Any breach of this clause may result in service suspension, legal action, or both
3. Use of Our Services – Responsibilities & Limitations
SkillReady Solutions offers:

Industry Placement Program (unpaid, observational exposure placements)

Employment Support Program (career preparation and employer engagement support)

Referrals to external services, such as migration advisors

Educational products and resources
We do not guarantee:

Job offers or long-term employment outcomes

Sponsorship pathways or visa success

Start dates, continuation, or completion of any external service or placement
Responsibility lies with the client to:

Meet any visa requirements or workplace eligibility criteria

Provide accurate, current documentation and personal information

Understand that our services are facilitative, not representational
Service outcomes depend on the discretion of third-party hosts, advisors, and legal or government entities. SkillReady solutions will not be liable for any actions or inactions of these third parties.
4. Refunds & Service Conditions
4.1 Digital Products (E-Books, Templates, Resources)
All digital products are:

Final sale once access is granted

Non-refundable except in cases of:

Technical errors (e.g., denied access or delivery failure)

Duplicate transactions

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase and will be assessed at SkillReady solutions discretion.
4.2 Services (Facilitation, Placement, Employment Support)
Service-based offerings include portfolio development, host outreach, email communication, and document coordination.
Refunds are not available once:

Service coordination has commenced

Portfolio documents have been prepared

Any outreach or communication has been initiated on the client’s behalf
Any agreed exceptions or partial refunds must be formally documented prior to service commencement.
These policies align with Australian Consumer Law under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). SkillReady Solutions will comply with statutory obligations in cases of major faults or service failure.
5. Privacy, Consent & Data Use
